Ornis La Rаpita


Ornis is a block of flats to rent in the best location of Terres de l’Ebre. The centre is situated in the front line to the sea, in the marine stroll of La Rapita, having privileged views to Alfaques abbey.
From the terraces and the windows of the apartments one can see a numerous variety of species of marine birds flying over the calm water of Alfaques abbey.

Ornis Centre is situated in a strategic location, in the middle of Ebre Delta and at very few kilometres far from Els Ports Natural Park, in the nearby of Mediterranean mountains.
The centre is relatively close to the steppe areas from “Los Monegros” in Aragón.

The apartments are located 10 meters far from Capri beach, one of the best and calm beaches from Sant Carles de la Ràpita, and 300 meters far from the city centre.
The flats, in their main majority, are of the type 2/4, but we also can offer 4/6 and 8/10 apartments with the possibility of car parking.

Short descripcion: Small apartment with one room having two beds and a sofa in the dining room. One of its main attraction is a big terrace with views to the sea and a big outside table, ideal for the all day meals.

Verderol (Carduelis chloris)
Type: apartament
Short description: Apartment with a double room and a sofa in the dining room. It has views to the see in both dining room and bedroom.

Becassina (Gallinago gallinago)
Type: apartament
Short descprition: The apartment has one room with a big sofa in the dining room. It is situated on the corner of the building offering spectacular views to the marine stroll and Alfaques abbey, la barra del Trabucador and la Punta de la Banya.

Cusisacs (Recurvirostra avosetta)

Short description: Apartment with one double room with two beds. The dining room has an integrated kitchen and a sofa. It is worthwhile mentioning it is very well lightened during the day.

Short description: Apartment of one room with a dining room equipped with a sofa. The kitchen is integrated into the dining room. It is very well oriented, specially for the summer period since it gets the sun from the first hour of the morning and the fresh air in second part of the day.

Polla Blava (Porphirio porphirio)

Short descrpition: Apartment of two double rooms with a sofa in the dining room. From the dining room it has access to a terrace with the best views from the whole complex due to its location in the corner of the building. The ceiling of the dining room is attic giving it a really cosy air.

Gavina Corsa (Larus audouinii)

Short description: The apartment has two rooms, out of which one is double and the other with a berth. The double room has access to a private terrace which offer spectacular views to Alfaques abbey. In the dining room there is a big sofa and from here one can go on a different terrace, this time with direct connection to the marine stroll and splendid views to the see and Ebre Delta.

Flamenc. (Phoenicopterus ruber)

Short description: This is the highest apartment in the building, having the best views to Alfaques abbey and to Sierra del Montsiб. It has two large and very well oriented terraces which give the possibility to enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset. The flat has one double room and a large dining room with kitchen and a sofa. The decoration is inspired and set by the pink-like colour of flamencos which take their colour from the food based on artemia salina. This flat is for sure the one with the highest amount of natural light from all the building. Ideal for couples in love.

Botiguer (Alcedo athis)

Short description: The apartment has 2 rooms (one double and one with berths) and a dining room with kitchen and sofa. Its very good orientation towards south-east gives the flat plenty of natural light during a big part of the day.
